The Iranian Fiasco - Paperback

by Ray Hartjen (Author), Ray Hartjen (Editor)

In the winner-takes-all high stakes game of international espionage, success quickly makes for a target. Based on their covert operations, Tiger Swanson and Cal McHenry are now being hunted.

But before attention can address safety at home, duty once again positions them against a perilous threat overseas.

When the Central Intelligence Agency's uncertainty about the capabilities of Iran's nuclear program becomes untenable, the agency tasks Swanson and her quick reaction force to gather intel directly from the source-a nuclear engineer working deep in the heart of central Iran, a country with no formal diplomatic relations with the United States for over 45 years.

When the far-from-routine mission inevitably veers off course, Tiger, Cal, and the team must adapt and improvise in real-time to escape, not just with the intel, but also with their lives.

Throughout a storyline ripped from today's news headlines, Tiger and her "boys" battle their adversaries across Iran, desperately attempting to stay one step ahead and reach the border before a burgeoning international incident explodes out of control.
