The Kurrajong Tree - Paperback

Three very different Victorian women leave Britain to make new lives for themselves in New South Wales. They cannot anticipate the circumstances awaiting them or know that, in a small town on the western slopes of the colony, friendship, love and marriages will link them forever. A true family tale that reads like an epic adventure story, The Kurrajong Tree mesmerizes with its authentic language and detailed descriptions of colonial life. Its pages are alive with real-life drama as the characters face personal tragedies, a vengeful neighbour and violent outlaws. Meticulous research and imaginative storytelling combine to reveal the loves and lives of three remarkable women.
