By "outing" the gangs, crooked police and dirty politicians that have been left alone to do their dirt with no retribution, she is stepping into territory that has not been tampered with in ages. The gangs turn on each other, Tiffany is seen as a snitch and she and her family become targets bringing death and destruction to her door. As if that wasn't enough, there's a vigilante killer on the loose! So when murder and chaos erupt literally in Tiffany's own back yard, who can she turn to, to right all the wrongs in her life and to help those in her community?
