The Waterside Secret: A Luca Thriller - Paperback

by Dan Petrosini (Author)

The secret made them. Now, it's going to break them.

Twenty years ago, four teenagers walked into the upscale Waterside Shops in Naples, Florida with a plan for a simple heist. No guns. No violence. Just a quick score in an exclusive zip code.

They were wrong.

When it was over, two people were dead and the friends made a pact: never speak of it, never look back.

The "Waterside Four" went on to build successful lives. But the blood on their hands never disappeared.

Now a grieving daughter wants justice the police never delivered. She turns to Frank Luca-a man who walked away from the badge but can't walk away from the truth.

What begins as a favor soon becomes a dangerous cold case murder investigation, pulling Luca into a deadly secret buried for two decades.

As this gripping private investigator mystery unfolds, Luca realizes the people he's hunting have spent years building wealth, power, and influence in this quiet Florida community.

And they will do anything to protect what they've built.

Including eliminating the man asking questions.

Because in this explosive Florida crime mystery and retired detective thriller, the closer Luca gets to the truth . . .

the closer he comes to becoming the next victim.
