A mindful Tibetan coloring book for children and adults. Pause, Reflect, inhale, exhale and color away your blues. In this age of hustle and bustle, coloring book is a therapeutic way to unwind and be more mindful and present. My intentions behind creating this book stemmed from the lack of representation of my people in the media and other mediums. I am from Tibet and I am proud of my roots and heritage but it was disheartening to realize our experience is not represented. I hope my hand drawn illustrations will bring a smile on a girl/boy from the Himalayan mountains out there and validate their existence and experience . Wherever we are in the diaspora, Tibet shall always reside in our hearts .
