Tigard Days and Timmy Ways: Adventures That Built A Boy - Hardcover

What makes a man? It may not be the large events in life. Instead, it might just be those small but unforgettable incidents that stick around for a lifetime.

With the book Tigard Days and Timmy Ways, author Tim Lusk shares a delightful memoir that will make you feel like you have been invited into his childhood years spent in the small town of Tigard, Oregon, in the '60s. It is through the humorous tales of innocence, childhood, family, friends, mischief, and wonderment that the author brings back the joy of boyhood memories we all cherish.

All of this culminates into creating an interesting picture of the growth of an individual through many little experiences in his childhood life. The memories may be comical or poignant, but the lessons that are learned from them can take years before one appreciates them.

Told with much sincerity and wit, the book can be considered a memoir about a childhood, a family, and daily life which sometimes becomes a source of deep meaning later on. Tigard Days and Timmy Ways reminds us all that those memories which might appear trivial while experiencing them tend to be the most important of all.
