Truth on the Run: A Memoir - Paperback

Over the course of 23,083 miles, Kate Santoro has circled the Earth on foot-through marathons, misadventures, and moments that nearly broke her. But this isn't a book about how to run a marathon. It's about what happens when life becomes one.

Truth on the Run is a raw, funny, gut-punch of a memoir that chases down truth through heartbreak, motherhood, wildfires, near-death accidents, and the finish line of the Boston Marathon bombing. From East Coast roots to West Coast upheaval, Kate's journey is laced with grit, grief, resilience, and unexpected grace.

With sharp humor and searing honesty, she invites you into a story not about winning-but about enduring. About showing up breathless, blistered, and stripped to the core-and still choosing to move forward.

Whether you're navigating loss, rebuilding after disaster, or just trying to remember where you left your joy, Truth on the Run will remind you that the run doesn't save you. You save yourself. One gritty, grace-filled step at a time.

This isn't a story about running.

It's a story about becoming.
