Uncle Sam, My Sailor, and Me - Paperback

One thing that you can say about military life is that it is different. Here one day, half-way around the world the next. So, you do get to travel, maybe not first class... but travel.

Sometimes the duty is hard, sometimes not so much. My biggest learning experience was that if I kept my sense of humor, there was never a location or a situation that didn't have a lighter side.

This little offering is a collection of snapshots of my and my sailor's journey through that life, starting from the time that I was born-into a military family-until I retired from my own service of over thirty-five years.
