Untrammeled golden-cracked words - Paperback

To be untrammeled, is a concept I stumbled upon while enjoying a tour of the wilderness upon the coastal lands of Massachusetts, at a time of intense transition and self-growth. It was a personal time of tumultuous tests-the universe realigning, flinging me far from the bounds of the fragile stability I was trying to cling to. That day, when I was introduced to this new word, I felt quite out of the comfort of my home habitat, and yet- enlightened and emboldened by the ability to still recognize and greet by name many wildflowers upon the path. I was still budding into my mycophilia, at this time, so I had yet to be able to identify the various mushrooms we came across that day-but the idea of "untrammeled" nature will always stick with me. That which is undefined and, in fact, free from the ability to be defined. Completely wild.

This collection explores that which is undefined and, in fact, free from the ability to be defined. The chaos of life as a human, and one healing from complex PTSD. Words I had previously discarded (for various reasons), I chose to rediscover and honor in this truly wild collection. My most messy, my most untethered and untamed.
