Up the Fire Escape and Through the Kitchens - Paperback

A Backstage Life. Cliff Dix's forthright look at the last fifty years or so of British theatre, and his work in it, with more than a glance at the technology. There are anecdotes about venues and some of the major, and minor, artists that have inhabited them and some no-holes barred opinions based on a career that now spans over 50 years of full time professional work in the backstage world.
