Voices of the Dolphins - Paperback

In June 1972, a Chicago bookie, Oscar, is found murdered beside a cryptic note and an actuarial life insurance table. Detective Sergeant Michael Boyle turns to his son in law, Parker Spooner-a life insurance actuary and part time private investigator to decode the clue.

Parker soon uncovers a dangerous truth; Oscar was a CIA Agent! Drawn into a shadowy world of espionage, Cold War intrigue, and classified dolphin research, Parker navigates a cast of suspects ranging from Soviet spies, beautiful women, to both dangerous and confused men each hiding their own secrets. As the investigation deepens, faith, science, and human motives collide in unexpected ways. Voices of the Dolphins is a smart, suspenseful mystery that blends crime, espionage, and spiritual reflection into a human story that lingers long after the final page.
