Author Biography

Theresa Nichols Schuster lived for thirty years on the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Reservation in northeastern Montana with her husband and five children. For over fifteen of those years she provided health and wellness promotion and education for families, teens, and adults. She has a Masters in Education with an emphasis in health promotion for Montana State University-Billings, a Masters in Theological Studies from the Graduate Theological Union, Franciscan School, Berkeley, California and a Bachelors in Agricultural Land Resources from Montana State University-Bozeman. She currently lives in Bozeman, Montana with her husband, where she enjoys writing, hiking, skiing, photography, visiting children and grandchildren, ceramics, and gardening.
