In a future society where the year is not specified...

Each person is forced to live alone, in a small van that is placed in a designated spot within the barren woods. Expected to isolate from one another, the people are purposely kept apart for reasons unknown. Despite this, an encyclopedia holding herbal secrecy has been passed down for many generations.

But this time is different: the only person who can understand the book's contents is a young boy. Instead of following blindly, he starts asking questions to the keeper, and his curiosity snowballs. As the hidden truth of their reality comes to light, he prompts a call to action to bypass the strict laws. Luckily, he gains support from others who are just as powerful, although their strengths are prevalent in alternate forms.

As they embark on a journey to gain more answers, they know that this roll of the dice is a matter of life and death. The potential obstacles along the way are unknown, but the need to know more acts as a catalyst. Will their hands be forced to trump their survival instinct in hopes of coming out on the other side with more safety?
