Witchy Muse and Ghostly Clues: A Scottish Witches Mystery - Paperback

by Felicity Green (Author)

A spoiled artist's muse with lofty expectations. A ghost in a Scottish castle. Can she solve the mystery of the Highland Casanova's death before she's sent packing?

Bethany Prince is an incorrigible romantic. When the young American art historian with a penchant for antiques spots the job ad "Muse Wanted," she just knows that she has to apply-especially when she finds out the renowned artist is the owner of a Scottish castle.

Her fanciful dreams are shattered, however, when she gets to Scotland. Oh, the artist is every bit as handsome as she had imagined, but he finds her beauty and well-put-together outfits uninspiring. It also turns out that castle owners can be broke and living in a shed. Not the classy accommodations Bethany had been hoping for-but apparently the castle is derelict and inhabited by a ghost.

Who, then, is the charming gentleman claiming to be the owner of the castle Bethany meets when she goes exploring? Surely not the ghost who's been haunting the castle for almost a hundred years, because then Bethany couldn't have talked to him and accepted his invitation for a date, right?

As Beth discovers hitherto unknown supernatural talents and a family connection to a witch's coven in Tarbet, she has to solve the mystery of the spooky Casanova's death before she's fired by the artist who remains less than impressed by his muse.

If you like haunted castles, gruff Scottish Prince Charmings, and heroines who need a chance to redeem themselves, you'll love this fun, romantic, and spooky Scottish Witches Mystery novella.

WITCHY MUSE AND GHOSTLY CLUES is set between books 3 and 4 of the Scottish Witches Mystery series. It can be read as a stand-alone, without prior knowledge of the series.
