You Went Where and You What?!! - Paperback

Central Asia in the early 90's was an unlikely place to fi nd a single woman traveling alone. But that's exactly where the author was and what she was doing when the Soviet Union disintegrated into multiple small republics. Adventures were bound to fi nd her, and when she retired they became the cartoons and stories in this witty little book. A mishap with her Russian visa escalated into a threat of jail in a foreign country. Close on the heels of this near disaster, she found herself under the care of a Siberian dwarf who promptly deposited her into the hands of the Russian Army. What happens next is highly irregular and full of fun. The gods of humor and irony were at their best, but you'll have to read it for yourself...
