Conway, jointly appeared on Oxygen's Snapped: Killer Couples, Season 6, Episode 2: "Harlow Cuadra & Joe Kerekes", to further discuss the Kocis murder case. Film rights to the book were also sold for an anticipated 2016 independent theatrical release, "King Cobra" from James Franco and Justin Kelly.
