Book Overview

by Michele Mitchell (Author)

Julianna Jeffries believes in love.

As a Detroit wedding planner, she has built a reputation for orchestrating unforgettable wedding days-managing bridal parties, venues, timelines, and the invisible details that make a celebration look effortless. Her company slogan says it best: Happily Ever After... Begins With Us. She believes it-and she delivers it.

Raised in a close-knit family where loyalty is everything, Julianna has always known the weight and comfort of belonging to a family that shows up. But when love, pride, and long-held secrets begin to test her judgment, the life she thought she was building begins to shift. The men in her life challenge her heart. Her sisters challenge her perspective. And the choices she makes-both spoken and unspoken-carry consequences that reach far beyond romance.

Affairs of the Heart is the first novel in the Sisters Trilogy and the beginning of the Affairs of the Heart Universe-a sweeping family saga about love, loyalty, and the quiet, complicated work of becoming whole.
