Being Charles - Paperback

Meet Charles, the uncommonly common house fly. A sweet tale about exploring your identity and learning that you are special just the way you are.

Charles was a "Common House Fly."

But Charles did not want to be common or ordinary.

He wanted to be special!

Charles loves being a fly, but doesn't love feeling ordinary. Perhaps he could be a different, more interesting kind of fly instead? Maybe a horse fly, or a butterfly, or brave and scary dragonfly? Nan Guslander's sweet tale takes readers on a journey along with Charles as he learns more about his insect cousins and discovers just who - and what - he wants to be.
