Eden - Paperback

by Shade Owens (Author)

Long ago, men and women coexisted peacefully.

But that was before the Second American Civil War-before an alarming influx of female births disturbed the natural sex ratio. The result: the rise of a totalitarian government that stripped women of their rights and forcibly aborted female embryos.

What the government didn't expect, however, was for the women to fight back.

Now, in the postapocalyptic ruins of America lies an old penitentiary turned into a blooming garden-a haven known as Eden-where men are forbidden from entering. As word of this haven spreads throughout the wastelands, Eden's safety becomes compromised. But Eve Malum, ruler of the colony, vows to protect her women no matter the cost, even if it means blurring the line between good and evil.

Chilling, twisted, and frighteningly vivid, Eden will draw readers into a dark dystopian world like no other.
