Finding Angelo - Paperback

A skeleton unearthed in the Segantino vineyards sets Sofia on a perilous chase from California to Italy in search of her missing great-uncle, Angelo. But she's not the only one looking for him-local gangsters want Angelo just as badly, and they're willing to kill to find him. Can Sofia stay one step ahead before it's too late?

For twenty years, Angelo Segantino-the black sheep of the family-has been nothing more than a mystery. A hidden diary and a crumpled envelope postmarked from Italy are Martin Segantino's only clues to his brother's fate. But when the police discover the body of Angelo's closest friend buried in the vineyards, questions erupt: was Angelo the killer, or another victim? Determined to uncover the truth, Sofia follows a trail of secrets from California to Chicago, New York, and deep into Italy's Piedmont region. Each clue brings her closer to Angelo-and deeper into a world of danger she may not escape alive.

Part family drama, part heart-pounding suspense, Finding Angelo is a gripping journey of secrets, loyalties, and the deadly price of uncovering the past.
