With each ensuing battle Ishan engages in, the Illithian Stone quietly grows in power, biding its time, helping him overcome overwhelming odds, but at the cost of his humanity. Though when he discovers demonic forces were behind the deaths of his parents and the destruction of his village, Ishan's thirst for vengeance grows.

Now Ishan is forced to make a choice: resist the whispering temptation of the Illithian Stone and risk failing his quest to avenge his parents' death, or accept its corrupting power and become someone or something else entirely.
