She was born in the Chicago area and has lived in the City for many years. She is the former owner of Elizabeth's Knit Shop also in Chicago. She has 2 daughters (who unfortunately do not knit) and a 5 pound yorkie, Lexi (who also does not knit). Next to knitting her favorite thing to do is to teach knitting.
