Book Overview

by Franz Kafka (Author)

Gregor Samsa, a hardworking salesman, wakes up one morning to find himself transformed into a bizarre and unrecognizable creature. As he struggles to adjust to his new reality, the world around him begins to change in even more disturbing ways. His family, once dependent on him, now recoils in horror. What follows is a profound exploration of isolation, identity, and the fragile bonds that tie us to one another. In this groundbreaking novella, Kafka blends dark absurdity with deep emotional insight to deliver a haunting story that is as unsettling as it is unforgettable. Metamorphosis is more than a tale of physical transformation-it is a reflection on what it means to be human, to be loved, and to belong. Universally relevant and endlessly thought-provoking, this literary classic continues to captivate readers of all ages, cultures, and generations.
