New Arcadia - Paperback

by M. a. Rothman (Author), Steve Diamond (Author)

As part of a diplomatic training mission, Alicia Yoder finds herself at the de facto US Embassy in Taiwan. Suddenly, she's pulled into an emergency meeting that results in her taking on a role she never imagined for herself, and has nothing to do with diplomacy. "You won't be disappointed" (New York Times bestselling author Kevin J. Anderson).

-------

Alicia Yoder is carrying a secret that has been causing her bouts of panic: she is suffering from dissociative amnesia.

Her last solid memories are from her time as a neuroscience graduate student, and she cannot remember how she ended up working for a secret government organization.

After being given assurances that her memory loss is likely temporary, Alicia is still uneasy about her situation. Despite this, she commits to finishing the training that she has already started.

Unbeknownst to Alicia, when the agency sends her on a diplomatic training mission, they already have plans on exactly how they'll use her.
