Origami Symphony No. 12: Where are the Gnomes? - Paperback

Welcome to the world premier of the Twelfth Origami Symphony! Inspired by the structure of a musical symphony in four movements, this collection transforms origami into a magical performance. Each movement reveals a new world: nighttime animals, mushrooms and forest creatures who live alongside gnomes, mysterious flying saucers and sparkling gems, and at last, the whimsical gnomes themselves. Together, they form an origami experience filled with wonder and imagination.

Within the symphony are 39 original models, each designed by origami master John Montroll. Every piece is folded from a single square of paper using standard origami paper. From the fluttering Bat to the striped-tail Raccoon, from the delicate Dragonfly to the clever Spotted Mushroom-and, of course, a host of gnomes-these creations showcase the artistry and playfulness of origami at its best.

The four movements are: First Movement: Allegro: Songs of the Nighttime Animals. Second Movement: Andante: Nature for the Hidden Gnomes. Third Movement: Minuet of Flying Saucers with a Trio of Gems. Fourth Movement: Allegro: Whimsical Gnomes are Everywhere.
