Our Jewish Roots - Paperback

by Brandon Carpenter (Author)

Rediscover the story beneath your faith in *Our Jewish Roots*. In this compelling exploration, Brandon Carpenter invites readers on a transformative journey back to the origins of Christian belief-a journey that began in the heart of Judaism. Born out of the challenges and questions raised in his local congregation during the COVID-19 pandemic, this book weaves together history, Scripture, and personal experience to reveal how the earliest followers of Jesus (Yeshua) lived as a vibrant, Torah-honoring Jewish community. Through chapters on the Mosaic Covenant, Passover, Sabbath, Israel's calling, and the enduring relationship between Jews and Gentiles, Carpenter uncovers the richness and relevance of the Jewish context for all believers. Our Jewish Roots confronts the tragic separation between Church and synagogue, exposes the roots of anti-Jewish theology, and offers a vision of unity without erasing the distinctions God intended. Whether you are a Messianic Jew, a Gentile Christian, or simply a seeker, this book is an invitation to reclaim the rhythms, identity, and hope that sustained God's people through exile and renewal. Step into a story of covenant, community, and the promise of redemption-a story that is as much your own as it is Israel's.
