"500 years in the future Earth is the dominate power in the Galaxy. The empire of Earth known as Terra Lector extended to the center of the galaxy, Sagittarius A and rules over the Reptilian, Grey, Pleiadean, and Mantid extraterrestrial empires to list but a few.

The proviso from the Viceroy Stereo, a mysterious isolinear superego the deliverer of this augury, was that this was only one probable future for Earth. Most future Earths ended in technocratic enslavement by the Greys immediately after the solar flash and magnetic excursion in the late 2040s.

Only one probablity of Earth avoided enslavement and in turn dominated the galaxy. This probable future of Earth hinged on an ancient artifact from the past, a control helmet known as the mariner's helmet. The helmet possessed the power to see through all dimensions of the cosmos and the power to control any technology by the person who could control it. The only power to control this ancient super technology was a science from the future known as psikonn. The future earth had dominated the galaxy through the power of psikonn.
