About Joanna Rogers

Joanna Rogers, mother of seven and well-loved piano teacher, has built a career around the joy of music. For thirty years she has tuned-in to discover the learning styles and preferences of her many students, becoming acutely aware of the best methods of teaching students of all ages how to read music and play the piano. Designing lessons to reach every student, she created a second book, Read Music Method for self-teaching adult beginners. Joanna has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix, and studied piano pedagogy at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho and Illinois Central College.
