Cat Ronnie Lonny and his family travel to Washington, D.C. to experience the new President's inauguration day. They attend the inaugural parade where Ronnie decides he wants to see the new President up close. He dashes out into the parade to chase the President and First Lady's motorcade. Mayhem ensues as the President's color guard, motorcycle security and secret service try to stop Ronnie, but he is too shrewd for them. Finally, he accomplishes his mission and finds himself in front of the President's limousine. But then, he sees a potential problem for the First Lady. What is Ronnie to do?
