Scarecrow in a Melon Patch - Paperback

A white lawyer meets a Black woman's God, inspiring his incredible and total life change. It leads him around the world, able to see the Holy Spirit at work in exciting and powerful ways, in his work for Gideons International.

"It was Jesus who dared me to try things much bigger than I could have dreamed on my own. It was He who taught me that people who live within their own capabilities miss the reason the Holy Spirit was given to us. We could have done ordinary things on our own without Him."

The author's determination to introduce others to Christ drew him to include a simple formula to make it easy for the previously reluctant to share Jesus.
