Author Biography

Selby Parker is a former chief of vocational rehabilitation and counseling for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Dr. Parker is a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi. He received his doctorate of education from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is the author of The Man from Bandera and The Camel Boy.
