Their first-string salesman, Larry Ray Hardy, scouts for customers in the Mid-East.Larry Ray and his team run Special Plays to sell the aircraft. They bribe Egyptian officials and influence the US Government to pay for the aircraft. The CAC Egyptian "Helper" makes multi-million-dollar kickbacks to CAC executives.
