The word "STICK-TO-IT-IVENESS" represents my belief that success and happiness in life comes from ensuring that your life choices represent your values and putting those values into action on a consistent basis. I wrote this book with the goal of sharing the lessons I've learned along my journey to help younger kids as they grow up and face similar challenges. I am grateful for the mentorship I have received from a wide variety of people: my parents, sports coaches, music teachers, and many more I cannot even begin to name. I hope that the small resource of my book can help provide guidance through life's difficulties by sharing some of the lessons and coping strategies I've learned along the way.
