Book Overview

by Philip Womack (Author)

Gods and heroes never truly vanish - they return in stories that refuse to die.

The Trojan War may be over, but the world it shattered is far from healed. In its wake, a new generation stands at the edge of destiny. In The Arrow of Apollo, Philip Womack invites young readers into a thrilling reimagining of classical myth, where the children of legendary figures must face trials every bit as daunting as their parents'.

As alliances fracture and ancient enmities stir, the children of Aeneas and Orestes are pulled into a dangerous conflict where gods still meddle in mortal lives. To survive, they must summon courage, loyalty, and ingenuity as they discover who they truly are and who they want to become.

With gripping battles, unforgettable characters, and the timeless magic of myth, this is an epic adventure perfect for readers of Rick Riordan's Heroes of Olympus, Jennifer Saint's Greek mythology retellings, or Ben Kane's historical adventures. Both thrilling and heartfelt, The Arrow of Apollo shows how even in the shadow of gods, the choices of young heroes can change the world.
