Molly and Vincent are just teenagers when they meet Henry on reality talent show The Calling, forming the band Phase Three. For a decade their chemistry sells albums and breaks the internet, while off stage, Henry keeps the chain of his love wrapped tight around his bandmates. Giving them just enough, but never anything real.

Now Phase Three is going out to pasture with one final world tour. And god, they're so tired of each other. Molly craves the artistic credit she's been denied for years. Vincent can't spend another decade lying about his sexuality. Henry-self-destructive and spiralling into addiction-wants to go solo, but can't let either of them truly go.

Then tragedy strikes during their long farewell.

And Henry suddenly needs Molly and Vincent more than he's ever needed anything.
