The Grumpy Boss Agreement - Paperback

by Vivian Wood (Author)

Meet hotshot sports agent Cole Bennett, the only one of the Billion Dollar Bennett brothers to walk down the aisle. But when he gets there, he gets jilted at the altar, which leads to him returning to his hometown to lick his wounds.

Savannah is a gorgeous ray of sunshine and smart as a whip. But she's in serious money trouble and quickly drowning. If she doesn't cough up a huge amount of cash soon, the bank will foreclose on her family's home.

Cole's brother Rex asks Cole head up a huge construction project for him. He introduces a large tract of land with the idea that it could be a perfect baseball stadium... if Cole manages to get the locals to support it.

Rex saddles Cole with Savannah, who plays the sunshiney personal assistant to Cole's grumpy boss persona. With Savannah's help, they should sail through the hoops set for them by the city's planning commission.

When Savannah trips with an armful of rolled blueprints, only Cole's swift reaction saves her from falling and pulls her against his body. The kiss afterward is instinctual... but also stupid, reckless, and thoughtless. So why does it feel so right?

Nothing steamy can happen between this surly boss and his brilliant assistant. Cole's not planning on staying in town long. And Savannah's such a good girl that she practically screams relationship material.

Cole and Savannah just have to make it through a few months of close contact without falling for each other. That should be easy enough... right?

If you like billionaire romance, grumpy sunshine plots, steamy scenes, small town girls, office liaisons, slow burn flirtations, or jilted groom flings, you will love this book.
