The Mayfly's Visit - Paperback

by Dalila Caryn (Author), Yenthe Joline (Cover Design by)

That it is temporary does not change that it is love.

Baba was wrong.

Love exists. Hadhi loves. She wants to keep Noam forever. But predators have teeth for feeding and everyone she loves is threatened. She longs to be gentle but may need to embrace her inner predator and protect them all.

Even if she risks losing Noam to keep him safe.

Look what ripples, what waves, what fractals the magic created...

Zawadi's vengeful plan is feeding power equally into people's hopes and their fears. But it isn't just her enemies who are changing as she grows to regret every wish she has granted.

With the magic burning out of Asha and taking parts of her with it, will she wish for it once more and risk destruction? Or let it go in the moment she needs it most?

Noam knows he was meant to love Hadhi and it terrifies him that he might be torn from her side. Yet his desperate wish to protect her may be what spells their doom.
