The Turncoat - Paperback

The colonists' war against the British has caused the Reed brothers to go their separate ways. Quincy Reed is headed west to the Ohio River Valley with rugged frontiersman Murdoch Buchanan, a journey on which they will find themselves battling a crazed clergyman and a British scheme to enlist the Mohawk Indians as allies against the colonists. Daniel Reed returns to Cambridge in hopes of being reunited with the woman he loves, Roxanne Darragh, but before that can happen, he must survive the bloody chaos of the Battle of Bunker Hill. And in Boston itself, Elliot Markham has perhaps the most vital task of all: he must uncover the identity of a British spy before the turncoat's treachery can doom the fight for freedom almost before it begins!

THE TURNCOAT is the third exciting volume in Patriots, the critically acclaimed historical saga from bestselling author James Reasoner. As always, it's a passionate, richly detailed, action-packed tale of dangerous times and desperate men and women as they struggle to establish a new nation and find their own destinies at the same time.
