Upturned - Paperback

Lives get flipped upside down in this sweet summer read starring a kid, a boss, a nanny, and a whole lot of cookies.

Between her job as a daycare teacher and Friday game nights with her grandmother, April Pierce leads a quiet, contented life. She loves her job and works with great kids. Her only headache? Bo Lawson. He's difficult. He's moody. He's notorious for picking up his son late every day.

When yet another evening pickup turns into a disaster, Bo gets April fired. So when he reappears in her life saying he needs her to be his nanny, she's shocked.

The days are long, but the weeks are short. April and Bo find themselves inextricably drawn closer together. Can they resist the pull? Do they even want to?
