He is the son of science fiction luminary, Frank Herbert, who originally authored the renowned “Dune” series. Born in Seattle, Washington, in 1947, Brian Herbert inherited from his father an obsession with the fantastic and has devoted his life to continuing his father’s legacy and further expanding upon the fascinating universe of “Dune.”
