Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
Used and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges; all sales on used and sale items are final.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with the name, email, and phone number associated with the purchase, to verify your identity. Black & Barhe is not responsible for return shipping costs. Therefore, you will need to pay for your own shipping label. To initiate a return, please email email@example.com, and you will receive return instructions.
New items will not qualify for returns or exchanges if any of the following are true:
If returned items arrive at our warehouse in a condition that varies from the requirements stated above, the items will be returned to the customer at their expense (i.e., we will ship items back to you using a paid shipping label charged to your card on file, so please do not return used or damaged items).
We can easily tell when books have been read, so please do not buy new items and return them after reading them; this not only destroys our small business efforts but is highly unethical, and we ask that you utilize our store with integrity. Thank you in advance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days (this time frame will depend entirely on the speed at which your bank operates).
If, after ten business days, you haven’t received an expected refund, please first check your bank account to verify the refund still has yet to process.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to help resolve your issue.
Only regular-priced, new items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged from shipping or defective.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com, and we will send you instructions for returning your damaged goods to our warehouse. All shipping costs for exchanges due to damaged or defective items will be covered by Black & Barhe.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you. Our gift cards are virtual so you will receive them via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be able to manage the exchange/refund process.
When initiating a return or exchange, you will receive our warehouse address upon return/exchange approval.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your items arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for items lost in shipment.

Black & Barhe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use, or inability to use, our products or services, including but not limited to any damages or losses arising from delays, errors, or interruptions in the delivery of the order.
